5th Grade Reward Activities

5th grade at Heckman is a time to prepare for middle school. Students cycle to different classrooms for math, science, and social studies. They stay with their homeroom teachers for language arts. Students work very hard to stay organized in each subject. They must learn responsibility through being prepared with all homework and supplies needed for class each day. As a reward each month, the 5th grade teachers plan a fun activity for those students who have missed less than 3 homeworks for the month.
